About me...

My name is Allie Siegel

I specialize in strengthening my clients' personal and professional ability to create long-term positive impact.

When we work together, you'll build practical, personalized skills for accessing your full creative capacity.

A bit about me personally... I'm a mother of three amazing children (things are always changing with kids!). I've lived all over the world and country, although Seattle has been my home now for the last 10 years. I love systems-thinking and human-experience challenges, and have built expertise in qualitative research methods, human-centered design, change management, appreciative inquiry, and facilitation over my years as a strategy and organizational development consultant. Over the last 5 years, I began to develop and deepen my skills as a coach, which felt like a natural extension of my work in these areas. I started Tula Creative to merge my love of helping teams and organizations do more, with more balance, with my passion (long hidden) for practices that integrate and elevate our hidden potential in the connection between mind, body and spirit. I am a Chopra Certified Meditation teacher, Chopra Certified Ayurvedic Wellbeing teacher, and Chopra Certified Total Wellbeing Coach. I weave these wisdom traditions practices together seamlessly with my expertise in coaching, organizational development and change management to empower my clients to write their own roadmap for true balance at work and in their personal lives.

Your creative capacity includes your capacity for learning, relating, self-awareness, courage, authenticity, systems awareness, inspiration, intuition, purpose, and impact. Cultivating your creative capacity is a rich and lifelong practice.

Our work together is about supporting you realizing and achieving changes you want to make, whether that's a personal transition, leadership growth, organizational strategy & capacity building - or even a mix of all three.

What is Creative Capacity?

Wooden Frame Window

Approach

I pull from rich toolkit of practices that cut across human-centered design, systems thinking, change management, strategic planning, leadership development, and mindfulness-based, mind-body practices.

I've learned from my own work that the more balanced I am, the more adaptive, curious, intuitive, intentional, and creative I am.

My goal is to build that same capacity in you - at a personal, leadership team, and organizational level.

In addition to working independently with my clients, I have the privilege of collaborating with some amazing partners, who bring a wealth of additional leadership, strategy, operational, communications, or analytics expertise to our work together.
